TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT TRAINING: Boost strength, endurance, and power in this high-efficiency circuit training class. Moving through timed stations that combine cardio, strength, and functional movement, you’ll use rowers, bikes, weights, and bodyweight for a full-body sweat. Expect structured intervals, motivating pacing, and scalable challenges designed to meet you where you are.
All levels welcome, with modifications provided.
Bar Effect Elevate your strength, posture, and alignment with this signature Shire barre class developed by Michelle Rahlves. Using small, controlled isometric movements and light props, you’ll sculpt your legs, glutes, core, and upper body while improving balance and body awareness. Expect dynamic barre sequences, muscle-shaking holds, and lengthening stretches that create long, lean strength without impact.
Bar Effect X Strength A low-impact, form-focused class suitable for all levels. Build deeper strength and definition with this more athletic, resistance-forward variation of our classic barre class. Using heavier weights and functional strength elements, you’ll challenge your glutes, legs, core, and upper body through controlled movements and endurance-focused sculpting. Expect a powerful, low-impact workout that leaves you feeling strong and energized.
Suitable for all levels, with options to scale up or down.
Strength Training
This class is all about building strength through functional movements that enhance both your outdoor adventures and daily life. It's a solid foundation for improving body composition and physical performance while keeping your body and mind resilient. Embrace the challenge and elevate yourself to new levels.
Pilates X Strength: Move with strength, grace, and control—both on your mat and in your everyday life. This energizing, full-body Pilates-inspired class uses light weights, bands, blocks, and bodyweight to sculpt long, lean muscles while building core stability, balanced strength, and mobility. Expect flowing sequences, controlled toning work, and dynamic movement.
Suitable for all levels, with modifications and progressions offered throughout.
Yoga Flow- A well-rounded class incorporating hatha and vinyasa yoga, in which focus is developed through the detail-work of individual poses, but string together in a flow style sequence set to the backdrop of the ancient but relevant science of ayurveda (knowledge of life). Expect to learn, stretch, strengthen, and condition while developing a deeper sense of overall awareness. All levels are welcome!
Align Yoga- This class focuses on the shapes of the postures, principles of alignment, utilizing the breath, lines of energy, and the language of the practice. Expect a creative, energetic, mixed-level class that integrates the fundamentals of yoga through intelligent sequencing and a steady breath. It includes breakdowns of arm balances and inversions, allowing for exploration within each pose. All levels are welcome!
Restorative Yoga-
Yin Yoga – Deep stretches held in stillness to target connective tissues, increase mobility, and create inner calm.
Candlelight Restorative – A soothing evening practice in a softly lit space, guiding you into deep relaxation.
Reiki & Restorative – Gentle postures combined with energy healing to restore balance and promote emotional and physical harmony.
Restorative with Massage – Supported poses enhanced by hands-on massage techniques to release tension and enhance relaxation.

Foam Rolling & Active Recovery
Living an active mountain lifestyle is invigorating, but it’s easy to overlook the importance of recovery. Our Roll, Release, Recover class is designed specifically for those who need to prioritize recovery work. This class focuses on self-myofascial release techniques, stretching, and restorative movements that target tight muscles and overworked areas. Whether you’re an avid hiker, skier, or mountain biker, this class will help you release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance overall recovery, so you can keep enjoying your favorite activities pain-free.
Hips-AFLOW: Led by Heather Tjalma is a dance based class that generates joy with elements of West African dance combined with several Modern styles (from Hip-Hop to Jazz). Choreography is fun to learn and open to all levels with a growth mindset. You will come out of class feeling energized, sweaty, challenged both mental and physically, and maybe a little flirty;)
