FAQ

  • Visit our website and click “Login” or “Book a Class.” Or click here.

    Here is a video tutorial!

    • Use the email address associated with your recent purchases or class bookings.

    • The login icon is located in the upper right corner of the page.

    • Need to reset your password? Click “Forgot Password” and check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see the email.

    • If the reset email doesn’t arrive after a second try, email us at info@shirestudio.org, and we’ll manually reset your account for you.

  • You can cancel you unlimited membership by logging into your account.

    • Click “Book a Class” to log in.

    • Select the icon in the upper right corner with your initial.

    • Once logged in, go to “Active Packages.”

    • Click on the dot on the far right to cancel your membership. Screenshot example click here.

  • You can view your remaining sessions and expiration dates by logging into your account on our website.

    • Click “Book a Class” to log in.

    • Select the icon in the upper right corner.

    • Once logged in, go to “Active Packages.”

    Expiration timelines:

    • Drop-In: 60 days

    • 5-Pack: 60 days

    • 10-Pack: 90 days

    • 20-Pack: 6 months

  • Class Schedule in calendar view, click here.

  • Packages can be shared and used for family members or guests.

    • To book, log in and select the class as usual.

    • At checkout, choose the option to “Add a Guest.”

    • You’ll need to use a different email address for your guest. You can use their email or if you prefer, you can create an alias using your own email — for example:

    yourname+guestname@gmail.com

    This allows the system to recognize each participant separately while still applying your package credits.

  • • Choose your class or package and proceed to checkout.

    • On the payment screen, you’ll see a field "Have a promo code or gift card?"

    • Enter your code exactly as provided (codes are case-sensitive) and click “Apply.”

    • The discount will appear immediately before you complete your purchase.

    If your promo code doesn’t work or you receive an error, please email info@shirestudio.org and we’ll help apply it manually.

  • • Log in to your account through our website and click the icon in the upper right corner.

    • Go to “Account” then up above find “Payment Methods.”

    • Select “Add New Payment Method.”

    • Enter your new card details and save your changes. Be sure to delete the old one.

    If you have any issues updating your payment method or your changes don’t save, please email us at info@shirestudio.org and we’ll help update it on our end.

  • • Login to your account through our website and go to “Bookings.”

    • Select the class you wish to cancel and click “Cancel Reservation.”

    • You can also cancel directly from your email confirmation received when you first booked the class.

    • After canceling, you’ll receive an email or text confirmation verifying your spot has been released.

    If you don’t receive a confirmation or have any issues canceling, please email us at info@shirestudio.org, and we’ll take care of it for you.

  • You may cancel your class up to 12 hours before the start time to avoid losing your credit.

    To cancel, log in to your account and go to “Bookings” — or use the email confirmation from when you first registered to cancel directly.

  • To stop receiving text messages from us, simply reply with the word “STOP.”

    You’ll be automatically unsubscribed from future messages, but you can still receive important account updates via email.

    If you prefer to stop all emails scroll to the bottom and choose unsubscribe.
