Pre & Postnatal Classes

Postnatal (Baby Friendly) Non-Walkers

Begins Sunday March 17th, 11:00 AM

Designed for the 4th trimester to one year postpartum mother in mind. This class incorporates breath and core work to increase stamina, strength, flexibility, and balance through classic yoga postures, and restorative and stress management practices. No previous yoga experience is required.

We recognize that planning childcare, timing naps, and feedings can be overwhelming when trying to fit self-care time in. To support your efforts, we welcome one child (9 months and younger) per session to attend class with Mama.

Deliveries and recoveries are deeply personal experiences. If you are currently under the guidance of a medical or childbirth support professional, please seek their counsel before commencing class and notify the instructor in advance.

Isabelle Marie will be leading this class. She is a mother of two and also practiced pre/postnatal yoga with each of her pregnancies. She completed her pre/postnatal training through Belly Bliss in Denver Colorado. Having had difficult postpartum experiences, Isabelle understands how sacred this special time is and how vital self-care not only is in the recovery process, but also in prioritizing yourself.
