This uplifting class is designed to support you through your postpartum journey — from the 4th trimester up to one year after birth. Together, we’ll gently rebuild strength, stability, and confidence through breathwork, mindful core and pelvic floor activation, and flowing yoga postures.

Each session offers space to connect with your body, your baby, and a community of fellow mamas, all in a nurturing and judgment-free environment. You’ll leave feeling centered, restored, and re-energized.

No previous yoga experience is needed — just come as you are. 💛
