This calming, supportive yoga practice is designed to guide you through your postpartum journey—from the 4th trimester through the first year after birth. The class focuses on gently rebuilding the core and pelvic floor, restoring mobility, and reconnecting with your body through breathwork, mindful movement, and nervous-system regulation.

Expect a nurturing pace with accessible postures, slow and intentional transitions, and space to move with care and confidence. Each session offers an opportunity to strengthen, restore, and relax while connecting with your baby and a supportive community of fellow mamas in a judgment-free environment.

You’ll leave feeling centered, supported, and re-energized.
